• We start off with desktop meetings with your project developers and understand the project requirements and status.
• We study the project requirements and provide the possible solutions to your project managers for successful completion as also the role that we can play to execute the project seamlessly and cost-effectively.
• We enable the project managers to choose the best possible option, helping the project developers meet their objectives.
• We provide the proposal to the project manager for approval and for issue of the work order (with detailed work scope) for moving forward.
• We form project-specific team(s) and deploy it (them) for execution.
• Our Primavera schedulers provide you the expertise to build project schedules, monitor status, maintain schedules, and provide standard as well as custom reports to help you complete your projects on time and on budget.
• We complete the analysis and design of your schedules to ensure that they are vertically and horizontally integrated to create truly integrated master schedules. You gain the insight necessary to effectively manage your projects and proactively mitigate risks.
• Once the schedule is built, our schedulers provide you the required customized planning package and reporting expertise.
• During the project execution, we will act as your engineers (for specified tasks in the work scope) and as advisors (to have better project controls) with periodic project review meetings and project reporting.
