• Establish a baseline, or validation of baseline based on scope, quantities, resources, and costs.
• Establish a structured hierarchy, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) of programs, and a Project Management Plan
• Substantiate the program on the basis of schedule/program narrative.
• Report of the schedule performance and progress against the baseline plan
• Conduct regular schedule quality/integrity checks, program peer reviews, and QSRAs (Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessments)
